So, my washer showed up with a small dent on the side, which had me annoyed at first. I sent some pictures over to appliancewhse and, to my surprise, they got back to me faster than I expected. They offered a fair discount, and since the washer worked just fine, I decided to keep it. I mean, the delivery definitely wasn’t perfect, but overall, I feel like they handled the situation really well.

I was happy with the experience overall. Ordering was simple enough, though not completely perfect, but nothing that would stop me from using it again. At the end of the day, if it gets the job done without much hassle, that’s good enough for me.

The technician did end up fixing the problem, so I’ll give credit for that. But the attitude the whole time was ridiculous. He seemed annoyed to even be there and barely explained what was going on. Not the most professional experience, to be honest.

I had a problem with my washer and submitted a repair request through Appliance Warehouse. I thought it might take a few days, but they got back to me "pretty fast," which was a nice surprise.

The repair tech showed up when they said he would and got it fixed without a bunch of hassle or back and forth. It was just "simple and easy," and I really appreciated that

I’ve been using my appliances from Appliance Warehouse for a while now, they’ve been solid. I haven’t had any strange problems or surprise breakdowns, which has been a relief. Everything just works the way it’s supposed to, and that’s really what I was hoping for. Overall, I’m happy with my experience.

I liked that the prices were shown clearly on appliancewhse.com. I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever just to figure out what the total would be. A couple little details could be easier to spot, but overall it was straightforward and felt fair. I’m giving it 4 stars since the pricing was defintely better than most other sites I’ve used.

For what I’d expect from a rental, this was a good value. I’m particular about getting my money’s worth, and this one felt worth the price.

Scheduling was easy, and I liked being able to choose a time that fit around my day. The confirmation came through quickly too, which I appreciated. The only thing that bothered me was the appointment window being wider than I expected. It still worked out, but I do feel like a quick apology or acknowledgment would’ve been nice. I was a little nervous about ordering used appliances online because you just never really know what’s going to show up, right?? But the washer and dryer arrived looking way cleaner than I expected.
There wasn’t any weird smell, no dust or grime packed into the corners, and the inside actually looked like it had been wiped down well. There were a couple tiny scuffs on the outside, but that’s totally fine with me for used appliances.
For the price, I’m really happy with them. The best part was not having to scrub everything before using it because who wants to deal with that??
